What we collect
Only if you choose to subscribe to the Weekly Cooling Brief: your email address, your name if you provide it, the date of your subscription, its source (“website”) and its status (pending, active or unsubscribed), which together form your consent record. No tracking codes or campaign tags are attached. We do not collect payment data or create user accounts.
Why we collect it
Solely to send you the Weekly Cooling Brief you requested, a weekly email on mission-critical cooling for digital infrastructure: edge and telecom, enterprise and colocation, hyperscale, AI and high-density liquid cooling, modular and distributed data centers, and LATAM market intelligence. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Who stores it
Subscriber data is stored by our newsletter provider, beehiiv, which processes it on our behalf and is based in the United States. Your browser does not store your email address on this site.
Confirmation and unsubscribe
After subscribing you receive a confirmation email; you are only added once you confirm. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can leave at any time.
Access and deletion
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us.
